| 摘 要： | 人才培养模式的创新是人才培养体制改革的核心环节。探索人才培养模式的内涵、构成因素，分析多元化人才培养模式的基本类型、主要特点与形式，对于把握人才培养基本规律，科学选择人才培养模式，克服人才培养的盲目性，提高人才培养质量，具有十分重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The innovation of personnd training mode is the key link in talent training system rdorm. The scientific understanding of the connotation of talent training mode, form factors, analysis on the basic type of diversified personnel training mode, main characteristics are investigated. It sums up the experience and grasps the basic laws of talents cultivation, scientific personnel training mode choice. It has very important practical significance to overcome the blindness of personnel training and improve the quality of personnel training. |
