| 摘 要： | 客房出租率是衡量星级酒店经营情况好坏的一个关键指标，而酒店客房价格和入境游客量对酒店客房出租率有着重要的影响。基于上海市2008--2011年各级别星级酒店的月度数据，以不同级剐星级酒店客房出租率为因变量，不同级别星级酒店客房价格和入境游客量为自变量，同时引入交叉变量，构建多元回归模型。通过对回归模型系数的测算，得出上海市不同级剐星级酒店客房价格和入境游客量对星级酒店客房出租率的影响程度。

| Abstract: | The room occupancy rate is a key indicator oi star hotel management quality, and the price ot hotel rooms and inbound tourists numbers have influence on the occupancy rate of hotel room. Based on the monthly data of Shanghai from 2008 to 2011 at all levels-star hotels, taking different levels-star hotel room occupancy rate as the dependent variable, different level star hotel room prices and the amount of inbound tourists as the independent variable, with the introduction of the cross-varlables, a multi- ple regression model is built. Through the coemcient of regression model, the different star hotel room occupancy rate degrees of influence by the room price ancl inbound tourists numbem are drawn. |
