奈氏软力量的美国内涵及其中国式衍化

约瑟夫·奈提出的软力量理论发轫于全球化信息时代。奈认为，作为分析国家实力和国际格局的新视角，软实力使人随我欲，可称为间接或者同化实力的表现。同时，奈用美国文化、政治价值观、外交政策对什么是软力量进行说明和填充。中国学者借鉴软力量的美国视角，并试图填充进中国式内容。中国将软力量视为对内建设的目标，而美国将软力量作为称霸世界的工具。与之相应，中国重视软力量的内涵、力量来源和力量转化，美国则更加重视软力量在国际社会中的运用。

American Connotation and Chinese Understanding of Joseph Nye's Soft Power

The theory of Joseph Nye＇ s ＂soft power＂ appeared under the background of global information era. Nye believes that ＂soft power＂ is the indirect power or assimilated power and it is the new perspective to analyze national power and international pattern. Nye illustrates the connotation of soft power by the examples of American culture, political value, and diplomatic policy. Chinese scholars accept the perspective of soft power and try to explain it in Chinese way. Chinese scholars regard soft power as national constructive aim, while American scholars regard it is as the tool of dominating the world. Correspondingly, China atta- ches importance to the connotation, the origin and transformation of soft power and the United States attaches importance to the application of soft power in international world.
