| 摘 要： | 新疆兵团农八师石河子市教育近年来取得了较大的发展,但教育资源使用效率不高、教育供求结构相差悬殊、教育资源总供给与总需求失衡等问题仍然存在,制约了石河子教育、经济、社会的进一步发展。因此进一步分析导致资源配置不合理的关键因素,探索改善和解决教育资源配置问题的途径,非常必要。

| Abstract: | In recent years,education of BINGTUAN 8th Division Shihezi has obtained greater development,but distribution of educational resource is unfair,low efficiency of use,great disparity of the educational structure between supply and demand,the homeostasis of educational resources between aggregate supply and aggregate demand suffered demolishment.The above mentioned has seriously restricted the further development of education,economy and social development of Shihezi.Therefore it is necessary and urgent to analyze the key factors of causing unreasonable resource distribution,to explore the way to improve and solve the problems of educational resource distribution. |
