| 摘 要： | 胜任特征是人力资源开发与管理理论和实践的逻辑起点和重要基础,对幼儿教师胜任特征的结构进行研究具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。研究表明幼儿教师胜任特征是一个包括德智体能四维结构的模型,其中品德胜任特征是幼儿教师从事教育教学工作的根本动力;知识胜任特征是幼儿教师从事教育教学工作的基础;健康胜任特征是幼儿教师从事教育教学工作的根本保证;能力胜任特征是幼儿教师从事教育教学工作的核心要素。

| Abstract: | Competence is the logic starting point and important foundation for the development and management of human resource.It has an important theoretic and practical significance to study kindergarten teachers'competence structure.Research has shown that competence structure is a four-dimensional model,including the competence of morality,of knowledge,of health and of ability. |
