| 摘 要： | 高等教育在本质上是一种专业教育.专业建设必须坚持面向实践,需求牵引的原则.师资队伍的建设是学科和专业建设的核心环节.能力是专业培养目标的核心.伴随中国高等教育改革的深化,工商管理类专业得到了空前的发展,市场对工商管理类专业本科人才的需求前景比较旺盛;学生的"综合素质"最为用人单位看重;"应用型人才"和"复合型人才"已成为培养目标方面的共识;总体看,本类专业课程设置能支撑学生的专业培养目标与能力构成;理论与实践脱节是本类专业存在的主要问题.必须在理论与实践两方面加强专业建设,办出特色.
