网络视域中的高校民主管理

网络民主管理是高校民主管理的新形式.从分析网络在高校民主管理中的积极作用和高校网络民主管理存在的问题入手,提出高校加强网络民主管理的对策：高校管理者和师生员工应树立与时俱进的理念,主动适应网络时代的挑战;建好网络平台,充分发挥师生员工参与民主决策、民主管理、民主监督的作用;建立健全网络民主管理工作机制,推动高校民主管理在新的 历史条件下不断走向现代化和科学化,同时要建设好网络民主管理的专职队伍。

Democratic University Administration in Internet Environment

The Internet provides a new form of democratic administration in universities. This paper starts with the positive effects of the application of the Internet in university administration. The existing problems in this respect are analysed and solutions are provided. University administrators, teachers and students should be fully aware of and prepared for the challenges the Internet has brought to the practice of democracy in university administration. The online administration network should be established so that teachers and students can take an active part in democratic decision, administration and supervision. The corresponding mechanism for that purpose should be improved to bring democratic administration to a new and scientific level. The personnel fa- miliar with university administration are required and they should be trained to be qualified for online work.
