论我国旅游产业的知识产权保护

随着我国旅游业繁荣,旅游产业知识产权保护问题日益凸显,主要表现在旅游产业知识产权保护意识薄弱,著名旅游景点商标被抢注,精品旅游线路被抄袭,特色旅游商品和纪念品被仿冒,旅游企业商业秘密被泄露等方面,针对出现的问题,一应提高知识产权意识,建立知识产权战略;二是打好商标防御战,积极申请商标注册,培育驰名商标;三是打好商标保卫战,主动追究侵权行为;四是及时申请专利保护,实施专利战略;五是利用法律武器,制止不正当竞争行为。

ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION OF TOURISM INDUSTRY

With the prosperity of China＇s tourism industry, the intellectual property protection of tourism industry, m ainly in weak awareness of IPR protection, registering tradem arks of the fam ous spot, plagiarizing quality tourist routes, counterfeit tourism goods and souvenirs, and disclosure tourism business secrets, has becom e m ain problem . A im ing at the existing problem s, the paper puts forward som e suggestions：firstly, it＇s necessary to raise awareness of intellectual property rights and build intellectual property strategy;secondly, we should lay tradem ark defensive warfare, and actively apply for tradem ark registration, nurture well-known tradem ark;thirdly, we m ust lay tradem ark battle, proactive accountability for violations;fourthly, we should apply for patent protection and im plem ent patent strategy tim ely;fifthly, we should use legal weapons to stop acts of unfair com petitions.
