| Abstract: | The political civilization is the "barometer" of the material civilization and the "backbone" of the spiritual civilization.To strengthen the political civilization construction of the minority areas in our province is an indispensable demand for the socialist modernization process.It is an important political assurance which propels economic and social development of minority areas and it also the important content of building up the party's governing capacity. |
