大学生就业质量与心理问题探讨

当前各高校都着力于提高毕业生的就业率,有的学校出现违背提高就业率初衷的现象,以致大学生就业质量出现严重的问题,而大学生就业质量问题的原因在于高校、社会、政府及大学生自身,要提高大学生就业质量也在于政府宏观调控、学校恰当指导、社会关注和大学生自身素质的提高。

Discussion on Improving the Quality of Employment of Graduates

Currently, the universities are making great efforts to improve the employment ratio of the graduates. But the plenomena that beaches the original intention affects the quality of employment .The reasons to the problems are releated to the universities,society, government,and the graduates themselves. In order to improve the quality of employment ,the government has to strengthen the macrocontrol ,the universities have to guide the graduates properly,the society has to pay more attention to the problem,the graduates should improve the diathesis of themselves.
