社区保障功能的再认识

社区在社会保障体系中居于独特的地位。社区保障是我国社会保障体系的重要组成部分,是社会保障及其服务社会化的基础。社区保障具有社区服务、社区安全等现时保障功能和社区社会保障对象管理、社会保障信息服务、弱势群体权益保障、社区自组织保障等潜在保障功能。在此基础上分析我国社区保障现状,探究建立社区保障服务体系的可行性。
