| 摘 要： | 从国际比较的结果来看，高等教育质量革新和重视教学成果测量的发展趋势是社会变化和高等教育功能高度化的必然结果。经济社会变化对当前大学教学提出了质量革新的改革要求，这些要求促使高等教育中出现了进行教学成果测量的趋势。为了实现高等教育质量革新的根本目标，在实践中进行教学过程的监控就变得非常必要。

| Abstract: | Seen from the results of international comparison, the trend of quality innovation cation and attaching importance to evaluation of teaching achievement results from social changes of higher eduand advancement of function of higher education. Economic and social changes have demanded quality innovation of present teaching of universities. The demand caused the tendency of conducting evaluation of teaching achievement in universities. It is vital to monitor the process of teaching in practice so as to fulfill the target of quality innovation of higher education. |
