全球化与沙特阿拉伯的政治民主化进程

沙特阿拉伯的政治民主化进程是在全球化的冲击下起步和发展起来的。由于沙特独特的宗教、社会历史条件 ,其政治民主化进程表现出独特的特征 ,由于实施了较为符合其国情的民主化措施 ,在一定程度上改变了沙特的政治面貌 ,尽管在进入 2 0世纪 90年代后期民主化进程遇到了巨大的挑战和困难 ,但只要沙特国家在积极融入全球政治民主化大潮的同时 ,认真协调全球化与传统文化的关系 ,发扬伊斯兰传统中有利于政治民主化的合理因素 ,其政治民主化进程一定能继续发展 ,并推动整个中东地区政治民主化的健康和深入发展。

Globalization and the Process of Political Democratization in Saudi Arabia

The beginning and developments for the process of political democratization in Saudi Arabia was pounded by globalization.Its process of political democratization shows distinctive characters because of the unique religion,social and historical condition of Saudi Arabia.For implementing the democratic policy that basically according with its national conditions,it changed Saudi Arabian political feature on some extent.Though the democratization process in Saudi Arabia faced challenge and difficulty since 1990s,its political democratization must continue to develop,and promote the whole Middle East political democratization to develop in health and depth,so long as Saudi Arabia coordinate carefully the relationship between globalization and traditional culture,carry forward the rational elements being benefit to political democratization in Islamic tradition,while Saudi Arabis actively go along with whole Middle East political democratization trends.
