| Abstract: | The basic conditions are ripe to develop tourism into a dominant industry in Heilongjiang. The development of tourism will contribute to raising the output ratio in the tertiary industry effectively and speeding up the pace of optimizing regional industrial structure. In line with planning by government and market operation, we should carry out strategy of comparative advantages to optimize the distribution of key tour areas. |
