| 摘 要： | 论述了日本企业集团的董事会制度、层级制度、事业本部制度等组织机构及其经营特点 ,并在分析我国企业集团现状的基础上 ,通过对比研究 ,从组织结构、规模、技术研究、产品开发、业务指导与管理、人才的培养和配置等方面对建立和完善我国企业集团提出了政策建议。

| Abstract: | This article first discusses organization system on directory system, rate system, undertaking section system and intelligence training, research and development of new technology and products, administration of sections of underling companies and available and accordant adjustment of fund of enterprises groups in Japan. Secondly, the paper gives suggestions on how to develop and make better enterprise groups in China from different respects: organization, extension and developing of new technology and products, management of underling companies, training of intelligence, etc. from contrast and study on the basis of analysis of condition and problems of makeup and management of enterprise groups in China. |
