| 摘 要： | 介绍某学校工程采用预制混凝土管桩基础，静压施工过程桩身倾斜度偏差超过规范规定；通过对倾斜桩的承载力进行计算分析，并采取了相应的技术处理措施，使本来存在倾斜缺陷的桩在保证结构安全的基础上得以合理使用的成功实例．

| Abstract: | This article presents a successful example from school projects for preventing piling foundation defects. The inclining degree of prefabricated piles is measured out of standards after static - pressing construction. Through load bearing test and analysis of the piles, we rectify the inclination of the piles with some techniques in order to make the construction safe and accordant to national standards. |
