| 摘 要： | 对农民专业合作社进行组织甑别认定就是提炼出其核心的、独特的和持久的特征,这是理论研究层面和实践发展层面的前提。从标准规范和实用规范两个角度加以分析,认为农民专业合作社必须坚持以下核心原则:(1)所有者与使用者统一;(2)盈余按交易额或出资额的原则全部分配;(3)自愿、独立与民主治理;(4)资本和劳动平等。
