| 摘 要： | 土地制度是我国农村经济和社会发展的内生变量,其作用至关重要。建国以来我国农村土地制度的创新和发展走过了一条曲折复杂的道路,经历了四次重大变革。历史经验表明:农村土地制度变革必须充分调动农民的积极性,必须确保农村社会稳定。

| Abstract: | The function of land system is more important because land system is an endogenetic variable of the development of rural e-conomy and society. Rural land system in China has changed four times since the founding of the PRC and those changes are very flexuous and complicated. Looking back the history of rural land system, we had a conclusion that an efficient rural land system could manoeuvre adequately the enthusiasm of fanners and ensure the stability of rural society. |
