| 摘 要： | 面对经济全球化的挑战,为了提高美国学校的外语教学水平,增强美国国民的外语教育素质,20世纪末,美国专门制定了《21世纪外语学习标准》。文中介绍了美国制定《21世纪外语学习标准》的历史背景及其主要内容,简要阐述了该标准实施后对21世纪美国外语教学产生的影响。

| Abstract: | Facing the challenge of economic globalization,in order to raise the standards for foreign language teaching in American schools and improve foreign language learning of American people,the US government issued the Standards for foreign language learning in the 21~(st) century in 1999.The paper introduces the historical background and the content of the "Standards" and briefly analyzes the influence of the "Standards" on American foreign language teaching. |
