五年制高职数学小组合作教学的实践与思考

摘    要:小组合作教学是一种基于全新学习理念的新型教学方式,它所具有的教学过程的民主性、教学信息反馈的及时性、促进学生认知发展的有效性、培养学生合作精神的有效性等特点促使我们在高职数学教学实践中逐步思考实施这种新型教学方式。但在具体的教学实践中存在高职生数学基础薄弱、数学学习兴趣缺乏等方面,我们应该注意小组合作教学实践要立足个体的独立思考、学生合作的过程、选择适宜的教学内容、教师扮演好多重角色,这样才能保证小组合作教学的有效。

Abstract:Teaching based on team-cooperation is a new teaching mode based on new leaning ideas. This new teaching mode has four advantages listed below. It includes the democracy of teaching process, the rapidity of teaching information reflection, the efficiency of promoting students'cognitive developmont. the effectivcness of cultivating students coopersative spirit. These advantages urga us to think about implement this now toaohing mada. Hawevar because of higher vocational students poor Mathematics base and little interest to learn Mathematics, We should pay attention to four such points during teaching process as students'independent thinking, the process of cooperation, selecting appropriate teaching materials and teachers'acting the part of multiplex roles. In this way we can guarantee the effectiveness of this new teaching mode.
