人的全面发展与素质教育

摘    要:马克思主义人的全面发展学说科学地揭示了人的发展规律 ,实现人的自由全面发展是人类追求的最高理想。人的发展与社会发展是互相结合、相互促进的的历史过程。当前 ,我国全面推进素质教育就是努力推进人的全面发展的重要举措。搞好素质教育 ,必须坚持以马克思主义人的全面发展学说为指导 ,转变教育观念 ,正确认识和处理素质教育内容的完整性 ,营造良好环境 ,加强学生创新精神和实践能力的培养 ,鼓励学生的个性发展 ,坚持教育与社会实践相结合。

Abstract:Marxism's thought of human all-round development has indicated the rule of human all-round development. Realizing the human all-round development is the tiptop ideality of human. The human development and the social development are the historical process of accelerating each other. Currently, advancing quality education is the important measure of advancing all-round development, so, we must persist in Marxism, change the educative conception, understand the content integrality of quality education, construct the favorable circumstance, cultivate the students' innovative spirit and practical ability, encourage the students' personality development and adhere to the combination of education and practice.
