| 摘 要： | 经济人范式是经济学家处理问题时所共同遵循的基本方法、原理和逻辑。本文给出了经济人范式的定义 ,归纳了经济学界对经济人的几种有代表性的看法 ,论证了经济人假设的合理性和科学性。论文从经济人假设前提出发 ,探索了经济人与组织、制度、交易的关系 ,从而说明了制度和法律出现的必然性与社会建立良好制度体系的重要性

| Abstract: | The involvement of brokers is a universal method and principle that economists practice while dealing with economic issues. In this paper the author provides the definition of brokers, categorizes several attitudes towards brokers among economists, and discusses the workability of hypothesis of brokers from a reasonable and scientific viewpoint. Before probing into the relation between brokers and organizations, regulations, and trade, the author sets the hypothesis of brokers as the premise to explain the inevitability of the presence of regulations and laws and the importance of setting up a healthy series of regulations |
