社会科学研究成果的评价及其指标体系

社会科学研究成果具有抽象性，研究结论带有试错性，成果转化为生产力具有间接性等特点。社会科学的研究成果缺乏较为统一、客观的评价依据，是社会科学研究工作不被重视的原因之一。对社会科学研究成果的评价，应从成果属性、成果背景、创新力度、影响广度、作用强度、生命长度等六个方面来进行，并据此设计相关的评价指标，建构综合性指标体系。

The Evaluation of Social Science Research Achievements and Its System of Index

Social science research achievements are abstract. Its research conclusion needs to be testified. The achievement is not of direct nature when turned into productivity. It needs a long period of time of practice to prove its truth. Therefore social science achievements lack a unified, objective way of evaluation, which forms one of the reasons why social science research work is not valuable in the eyes of many people. The paper holds the view that social science research work should be evaluated according to its property, background, extent of creativity, scope of influence, intensity of effect and the length of its life, and thus establish an evaluation system of social science research achievements.
