| 摘 要： | 我国大学生就业难问题不断凸显,通过全面分析发达国家大学生就业服务体系中各介入主体的角色与功能,并与我国大学生就业服务体系进行比较研究,得出两点完善我国大学生就业服务体系的现实启示：一是强化我国大学生就业服务体系各主体的社会责任意识;二是优化我国大学生就业服务体系各主体的分工协作与整体配合。

| Abstract: | Difficulty in college students' employment has become increasingly conspicuous.A comprehensive analysis of the roles of the subjects in the college students' employment service systems of developed countries and a comparison between the systems and their counterpart in China indicate that in order to improve the system in China,the awareness of social responsibility of the subjects in the system should be enhanced and coordination and cooperation among the subjects in the system should be optimized. |
