| 摘 要： | 农村土地承包经营权的流转问题,对我国的经济社会发展均具有重要影响。本文首先提出了农村土地承包经营权流转的现存问题;然后,本文通过对农村土地承包经营权流转的立法理念、流转主体及其法律关系、流转方式、流转的市场环境等进行分析与思考,指出其现存问题的原因所在;最后,根据对问题与原因的分析,提出了相应的对策与建议。
