| 摘 要： | 后危机时代,中国政府在体制转轨、社会转型、城乡二元体制向一元体制转型关键时期所面临的特殊背景以及由此引致的诸多特性,客观上要求寻找更具中国特色的改革路径,探索和实践法治基础上的新型人治、效率基础上的中国式民主、基本公共服务均等化基础上的城乡一体化。

| Abstract: | In the post-crisis era,the Chinese government faces a unique background characterized by systemic transition,social transition,and the transition from urban-rural dual structure to urban-rural integration.This demands that China search for the reform path with Chinese characteristics,realizing new-type rule of man based on rule of law,efficiency-based Chinese democracy,and urban-rural integration that features equalized public service provision. |
