| 摘 要： | 社会支持是大学生个体从他人那里获得的物质和精神上的关心、尊重、帮助和支援.大学生社会支持,主要是社会向大学生提供物质、情感、信息和自尊的支持.社会支持无论是在缓冲生活压力方面,还是在促进个体的社会适应方面对大学生都起着非常重要的作用.
