中小学生学习动机水平与学业绩效关系研究

摘    要:依据奥苏贝尔学习动机驱力理论,以认知内驱力、自我提高内驱力和附属内驱力为3个维度,自编《中小学生学习动机问卷》,对中小学3-11年级等9个年级1 356名城乡学生进行学习动机与学业绩效测查,研究发现:中小学生的学习动机及各因子与其学业绩效存在显著正相关。其相关性表现为:整体性相关;阶段性相关;年级相关。

Abstract:Based on D.P.Ausubel's learning motivation drive theory and his three internal drives,i.e.cognitive drive,ego-enhancement drive and affiliative drive,the authors have made a questionnaire concerning learning motivation of middle and primary students in urban and rural areas and issued it to 1356 students from Grade 3 to 11.This questionnaire is designed to investigate the relationship between students' learning motivation and their academic achievements.Research results show that the factors,such as students' sexes,differences in living in urban & rural areas and their parents' education backgrounds,have influenced students' learning motivation;Furthermore,learning motivation and the drives levels go downward with the students rising in their grade,and students' learning motivation is proportionally relative to their academic achievements.
