| 摘 要： | 在社会多元化的形势下，高校学生思想政治工作面临着许多新情况和新问题。创新思想政治工作方式，对于创建和谐社会、培养德才兼备的人才、高校的生存和发展均有重要意义。高校应根据思想政治工作面临的新形势，搞好思想政治工作的内容创新、思路创新、方法创新、手段创新、机制创新，积极探索新形势下做好思想政治工作的新思路、新方法、新途径，承担起历史所赋予的重任。

| Abstract: | Under the social multiplication,there are many new situations and problems existing in the ideological and political education in universities.It is significant to innovate the educational mode for establishing harmonious society,cultivating talents with both ability and political integrity and for university surviving and developing.Based on the new situation,university should focus on innovation of content,idea,method and system and explore the new idea,method and way for improving the ideological and political education to shoulder the important historical task. |
