欧盟财政联盟前景

欧盟各国已对欧债问题进行了多次谈判磋商,虽已达成一定共识并采取相应措施去加以解决,但是欧债危机迄今未见明显好转,形势不容乐观。欧债问题的主要原因是松弛的财经纪律、统一的货币政策和分散的财政政策等。本文就欧盟深化过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出欧盟实施财政联盟是解决欧债危机的治本之道,之后分析了实行财政联盟的障碍及其推进原则。

On Prospect of the Fiscal Union of EU

Although having reached certain consensus and adopted measurements after rounds of negotiations,the debt crisis in EU has not turned direction obviously and the prospect looks gloomy.The causes of the crisis rooted in the incompact finance and economic discipline,a unified monetary policy and different financial policies in countries of EU.The article analyzes problems existing in deepening of EU integration,puts forward that the fiscal union is the key to solve the debt crisis in EU and discusses the obstacles and the promotion principle to establish the union.
