根据《天津市商贸流通业发展＂十二五＂规划》纲要,天津市商贸流通业在＂十二五＂期间承担着汇聚商业巨头、广泛辐射周边、成为在国内国际具有重要影响的中国北方商贸中心的目标,将建设成为在国内外具有重要影响、独具魅力的中国北方商贸中心和国际性时尚消费之都。本文在分析天津市商贸流通业的现状和存在问题、发展环境与趋势的基础上,提出了今后发展十大重点任务,概括为＂实施一战略,构建三体系,开展四工程,完善两机制＂。

Research on Tianjin Trade Circulation Industry Development During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan

Based on During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for the Development of Tianjin Trade Circulation Industry,the said industry will be taking the important part of becoming the business center and international city of fashion consumption in northern China which gathers business tycoons and intensively influences the surrounding areas.The article analyses the present situation,problems and environment of the said industry,putting forward a tentative idea for the ten key tasks which can be generalized into one strategy,three systems,four projects and two systems.
