| 摘 要： | 融企业文化与校园文化于一体的高职文化,在培养学生职业理想、职业素质、职业修养等过程中具有重要作用,以高职文化为引领,通过校企合作认知企业文化,在工学结合中实现角色体验,培养爱岗敬业精神以塑造职业心态,加强实践教学提高技能训练水平,进一步提升就业指导的效率。

| Abstract: | Culture of higher vocational college,which combines enterprise culture with culture on campus,plays an important role in cultivating student’s occupational ideal and professional quality.Leaded by culture of higher vocational college,the effect of employment guidance will be pushed through enterprise cultural cognition,role experience in work-integrated learning,professional psychology molding by training professional dedication and promoting the level of skill training by strengthening practical teaching. |
