欠发达地区工业经济跨越式发展的路径探讨——以广东省遂溪县为例

工业经济的深入发展，对于快步增强县域经济的综合实力至关重要。因此，很多欠发达地区为实现跨越发展，纷纷选择工业主导型的经济发展模式。但在实践过程中，又都会遭遇到各种困境和瓶颈，诸如用地指标少、招商引资难、企业自主创新能力不强、基础设施建设不足等等。因此，作为地方政府，必须科学规划，正确引导，依托园区建设为载体，发展特色经济、循环经济，努力完善政务环境，加大招商引资力度，提高引进企业自主创新能力和市场竞争力，才能发挥工业主导下对区域经济发展的积极效应。

Discussion on the Way of the Leap-forward Development in Underdeveloped Areas A Case Study of Suixi Region, Guangdong Province

It is essential for enhancing rapidly the overall strength of country territory economy to deepen the development of industrial economy.Therefore,to realize the leap-forward growth,many underdeveloped areas take industrial dominant economy as the model for developing.But in the process of practice,there are many kinds of difficulties and bottlenecks,including the lack of land use index,the difficult of attracting investment,the deficiency of independent innovation and infrastructure construction and so on.So in order to exert positive effects of regional economic development under industrial leading model,the local government should,based on the construction of industrial park,plan scientifically,guide correctly and develop characteristic and circular economy.Meanwhile,the local government should work hard on perfecting government affair environment,make more efforts in inviting investment and enhance the self-innovation ability and market competitiveness.
