| 摘 要： | 大学生当中存在非正式组织。大学生的非正式组织有其存在的主观和客观原因。大学生之间通过相互接触、相互影响形成了各种类型的非正式组织,各种非正式组织又有其自身的特点。学生工作者了解和掌握大学生非正式组织情况,才能在工作中善于利用其积极作用,限制和克服其消极作用,使学生教育管理工作更具有针对性和实效性。
