| 摘 要： | “十一五”时期,我国国有商业银行面临新机遇与挑战。国有商业银行应以客户为中心建立现代金融体系,以人为本,建设企业文化,规范组织机构、实现银行再造,利用信贷政策促进经济可持续发展以及为应对市场利率化引发的风险而建立全面风险管理体系,正确处理国有商业银行内外部关系,以更好地发挥其在经济生活中的作用,实现银行自身以及经济社会全面、协调、可持续的发展。
