| Abstract: | Career direction has been widely acknowledged and developed in all kinds of western schools represented by those in America.The research on the four theory settings and the five development periods reflects the deep thinking on educational philosophy and the rational thinking based on the human development.The research will as well give highlights to the persuit of developing the vocational direction to university students,the persuit of helping them adapt to the fast-developing society and arrange their careers scientifically. |
