摘    要:生涯辅导在以美国为代表的西方国家各级各类学校中得到普遍认同和广泛开展.研究其历程中的四次思想转换和五个发展阶段折射着深刻的教育哲学理念和基于人的发展为主旨的理性思考.对于探索我国高校大学生就业指导的功能拓展,促进学生适应快速发展的社会,科学规划生涯进路有着重要价值.

Abstract:Career direction has been widely acknowledged and developed in all kinds of western schools represented by those in America.The research on the four theory settings and the five development periods reflects the deep thinking on educational philosophy and the rational thinking based on the human development.The research will as well give highlights to the persuit of developing the vocational direction to university students,the persuit of helping them adapt to the fast-developing society and arrange their careers scientifically.
