| 摘 要： | 当前，智慧犯罪已成为危害社会的最严重的犯罪。文章从分析智慧犯罪的概念、综 述智慧犯罪的研究概况出发，深刻分析讨论了智慧犯罪的类型及人格特征，从而为犯罪的预 防和控制提供心理学依据。
