| Abstract: | The production in the society of the knowledge economy mainly relies on intellectual resources. There are many favorable conditions when Ningbo marches into the society of the knowledge economy. Therefore, leaders at all levels should grasp well the expanded production of intellectual resources and invest more on science and education and stress family planning and run scientific and technological parks well, etc. so as to meet the challenges of the knowledge economy. |
