破解诚信缺失的难题——从道德和法律的二维视角

诚信是中华民族的传统美德，是个人道德的基石，是社会和谐的基础。但由于社会转型时期价值观的扭曲，学校诚信道德教育的不足和诚信法律制度的不健全等影响，社会中诚信缺失的现象屡屡发生，使诚信面临难题。最后，从道德教育和法律制度的角度，提出了破解诚信缺失问题的路径。

Solution to the Problem of Lacking of Honesty --From the Perspectives of Morality and Law

Honesty is one of the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, It is the cornerstone of individual morality and also the basis for social harmony. However, due to factors such as the distorted values in the social transitional period, the lack of integrity and moral education in schools and the imperfect legal system concerning the honesty, the dishonest phenomena happen a lot. Thus, the honesty is in a dilemma. At last, the author puts forward several suggestions to solve the problem of lacking of honesty from the perspectives of moral education and legal system.
