| Abstract: | The construction of international tourism island is closely concerned currently.Though lots of scholars explore the item from the aspects of economics,tourist service,hotel facilities,environmental optimization,etc.,and a few focus on power development,the probe and study on Hainan civism is a feeble section.This paper discusses the problem from two facets,i.e.,the role of civism in the economic development of international tourism island,and the reason for civism deficiency in Hainan,and then puts forward the implementing route for the construction of Hainan civism. |
