西部经济跨越式发展的模式选择——生态学的视角

西部经济发展对于协调区域经济,挖掘西部潜力,加快经济发展具有十分重要的意义。但是面对世界经济的"绿化"与"软化"趋势、中国加入WTO的世界范围内竞争等四大背景,必须立足于生态学视野,实现以生态经济为支柱、以知识经济为核心、以制度创新为突破口、以观念转变为动力,即要有创新意识,竞争意识和合作意识,探索形成西部经济发展的新模式。

The Selection of the Model for the Striding Across Type Economic Development of West China--from a Perspective of Ecology

The economical development in west China is of great significance to the coordination of regional economy, to the tapping of potentials in the west, and to the speeding-up of economical development. In face of such backgrounds as the "greening" and "softening" trend of the world economy, China's accession to WTO and the world wide competition, we must cherish a ecological horizon, taking the ecological economy as the pillar, the knowledge economy as the core, the system innovation as the breakthrough point and the change of conception as the motive force. Namely we should have innovative consciousness, competition consciousness and cooperative consciousness to form a new mode for the economic development in west China.
