| 摘 要： | 文章分析了弹性学分制的主要内容与优点,总结了传统的学生管理体制的长处与不足;指出实行弹性学分制后,学生工作将会出现学生班集体观念淡化、学生群体关系改变、原学生活动的组织方式受到影响、教学方式发生变革以及学生由单一角色向行为多样性转化等诸多新变化;同时,提出了实行弹性学分制后学生工作的五项应对措施。
