| 摘 要： | 本文以安徽省这一个体为研究对象,分别从投资和存量两个方面,运用Granger因果检验、协整回归和脉冲响应函数的计量经济学方法研究了安徽省人力资本与经济增长之间的关系。分析了安徽省人力资本存在的问题并提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of econometrics,such as Granger Causality Test?Cointegration regression and Impulse Response Function,the paper researches into the relarionship between Anhui's human capital and economic growth from the investment and the level of human capital capacity aspects. Finally, the paper analyses the existent tough issues of Anhui's human capital and provides corresponding suggestions. |
