| 摘 要： | 循环经济的提出及其实践，启发了20世纪60年代末以来的关于资源与环境的国际经济研究，拓宽了20世纪80年代以来的可持续发展理论研究，推动了经济学的创新与发展——循环经济学的建立。循环经济学在经济学研究的三个基本问题上都对传统的西方经济学提出了挑战，并在诸多方面推动了经济学的创新与发展。但是，当前循环经济学研究在一些关键问题上尚不够深入、全面。

| Abstract: | Bringing up the concept of Recycling Economy and putting it into practice has enlightened the study of international economy related to resources and the environment since late 1960s,broadened sustainable development theory since the 1980s,and initiated Recycling Economics as an innovation and development in economics.Recycling Economics is challenging the traditional western economics in three fundamental issues and promoting the new development of economics in many other aspects.However,the current study of Recycling Economics has not been integrated completely especially in a few related key problems,the further study of which is urgently needed. |
