| 摘 要： | 受政府财政等因素影响,我国官办、官商合办银行曾在北洋政府时期出现了一次商业化趋势。通过商业化,官办银行普遍转向市场化经营,银行内部治理逐步规范,业务经营效率明显提高,这种趋势给当时我国银行业的发展带来巨大影响,对当前银行改革也具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Influenced by government's financial policy,there was a commercialization tendency in China's government-run banks and banks run jointly by the government and businessmen during the period of Beiyang Government.By commercialization,the government-run banks entered into the market,the inner management was gradually standardized,and the efficiency was remarkably improved.This commercialization tendency had a great influence on the development of China's banks at that time,and at present,it can be used for reference in China's bank reform. |
