对异地办学初期高校工会思想政治工作的思考

针对学校异地办学初期教职工存在的思想问题,高校工会应充分发挥工会优势,积极主动多渠道做好思想政治工作。坚持以人为本,强化职工民主权利;增强职工的凝聚力;通过激活工会优势,寓思想政治工作于高校各级工会的活动之中,在丰富多彩的活动中做活做实思想政治工作,真正起到联系校党委与职工群众的桥梁纽带作用。

Rethinking the political and ideological work of college and university trade unions during the initial period of running university sections in different regions

Considering the problems existing in teaching staff's minds during the initial period of running college and university in another region off the main campus,college and university trade unions should wholly exert their advantages,actively manage the political and ideological work well through various approaches;besides,they should promote teaching staff's democratic privileges by sticking to "people first" principle and strengthen cohesiveness of the teaching staff by caring about not only their daily life but their thoughts;finally,stimulating their advantages and infusing activities held by various levels of them with political and ideological work,they genuinely assume the role of the bridge used to combine college and university Party committee and teaching staff through more practical and novel political and ideological work in colorful activities.
