教师教育发展趋势与师范大学转型策略

摘    要:当前教师教育呈现职业专业化、开放化、一体化趋势,同时还面临为基础教育课程改革服务的艰巨重任,为此,以培养高水平教师为己任的师范大学应当向以教师教育为主的综合化大学发展,并以建立人才培养新模式、加快课程综合化步伐、大力发展教育学科、服务基础教育为策略,完成自我转型,应对面临的挑战。

Abstract:This paper presents some tempting trends in the field of teachers' training, namely, professional specialization, unification and the growth of openness. In the meantime, the teachers' training is also confronted with an arduous task -to provide service for the reform of the elementary education curriculums. Therefore, the author argues that, with the clear aim and task of cultivating teachers of high qualities, normal universities should develop into comprehensive universities mainly focusing on the teachers' training. Rather, normal universities should fulfill self-transition to tackle the challenge they are facing by some new strategies, including establishing new patters for cultivating talents, speeding up the integration of curriculums and developing educational courses greatly and offering service for the elementary education.
