| 摘 要： | 严复认为清末处在宗法社会向军国社会的过渡之中。这一性质决定了中国历史的许多特点。本文的论述仅限于政治和经济两方面。中西对比可能是认识中国历史的特点的最佳方法。

This article's discussion is limited in political and economic fields. Probably the contrast between Chinese and Western is the best approach to understand Chinese history features. |
