产业投资基金-投资与融资的新渠道

目前 ,中小企业普遍存在筹资难的问题 ,与此相反的是在中央银行连续七次降息 ,开征利息税的情况下 ,我国居民的储蓄存款余额在 2 0 0 1年年底已经突破了 8万亿元人民币。导致储蓄存款余额持续增加与中小企业筹资难这一问题的原因是投资者与融资者之间信息不对称。设立规范的产业投资基金是解决上述问题的有效途径。本文分析了产业投资基金在我国的发展状况及存在的问题 ,提出了加快发展我国产业投资基金的建议。

Industry Investment Fund-New Channel for investing and Financing

At present, the small and the medium sized enterprises generally have problems of getting funds, while the bank savings of the citizens in our country have reached 8 billion yuan by the end of 2001 after the Central Bank reduced the saving interest seven times in succession and began collecting taxes from interests. The reason for the increase of the saving and the difficulty of getting funds by the medium sized and small enserprises is the information asymmetry betmeen the investors and the enterprises. The best way to solve the problem is to establish the standard industry investment funds. Their development and problems are analysed in the paper. And some suggestions are also put forward as to how to quicken the developwent of our country's industry investment funds.
