| 摘 要： | 美国的"次贷"危机所涉及的体制和制度问题都是经济法学传统的、固有的研究对象和领域,在应对这场危机中,经济法学大有可为.住房次级按揭贷款问题及"次贷"危机是典型的"综合经济法律问题",涉及多个部门法,需要动用各法律部门尤其是经济法和社会法的原理,综合系统地分析解决.
